1. What is the MAFNET ?

MAFNET is a software for Stand-alone type Radio Bulletin Board System (RBBS) which I designed in 1991. It is writen in C language, and runs only on NEC PC98 Series P/C with MSDOS. I know this has no value for those who want to run RBBS in overseas countries, however, in that era, the NEC's PC98 Series used to be the most popular platform in Japan.

As the software has been up-loaded to the Niftyserve's Ham Colum(FHAM), I still get some letters asking about the software sometimes. So, I decited to make support page of the software in this WEB.

As the MAFNET is designed only for Japanese Language, and runs only on NEC PC-98 and compatibles(EPSON's MSDOS P/C), any detailed introduction will not make any sence for those who do not read Japanese. So, in this English page, I only leave the capability to download the software for a rare case.
