Telescope: Celestron C8 (20cm F10 Shumidt Cassegrain)
Vixen (20cm F5 Newton Reflector)
Cooled CCD Camera : SBIG ST-7 + CFW-8

Telscope/Mounting : Vixen BT80M-A (8cm F11.3 Sky Binoculars) + HFT Mounting




[Observing at outdoor]
Base vehicle is a NISAN Caravan Silkroad, which is the 4WD and gorgeous Wagon. (Get it very cheap at Used Car market) This vehicles is also used for portable operation of Amateru Radio, and a big antenna will be stand up by electric motor on the top the roof.

The telescope is set just by the vehicle with contorl cables, and is controled from the vehicle. A white tank with electric pump is for water. We need it for refresh!

The seat at the back has been removed to set an operation desk.

Two PC are set. One is for the Planeterium software to control the telescope, and the other one is for controlling the cooled CCD camera. Also the Internet access is available through handy telephone. These are linked by LAN. Data will be taken out by Optical disk.

400W Inverter to get AC from the batteries, and exstra battery(95AH)


The chair is where you can keep small tools and parts.


Gas oven, kettle, tablewares are available with a blue cooler box underneath the desk.


Hamradio equipments to encourage you through the night in a mountain.


Mounting has been changed to the Vixen Sensor equatorial with Skysensor2000 installed.

A new telescope Vixen 20cm F5 Newton reflector is also included for testing comparing with C8, which one should be left for actual use.
