Message Board for English/Spanish is now separated from the common one for
English, Spanish and Japanese.

My first experience for travel on the airplane was a flight on Boeing 747
Jumbo jet to Los Angeles from Tokyo (Haneda) in Feb. 1976, in my last year in
the university.
Twenty friends sent me off at the Haneda International airport then, as a
travel abroad was not very common in that era.

My first experience to know how the light airplanes are doing jobs in the
world was when I visited Anchorage Alaska to see bunch of small airplanes
were used just same as automobiles in the same travel then.
That was absolutely suprising for me, and impressed very much.

Now, going abroad getting on the airplane is much easier and cheaper than
getting on a flight from Tokyo to the Okinawa Isd., the most southern island in
Japan. I personaly have experienced flying Cessna in Okegawa airport near
Tokyo, and even have experienced flying Boeing 747-400 although it was a
simulator of Japan Airine.

However, it is clear that the airplanes are still more popular in U.S.A. and
some other countries where they are required than Japan, which is a country
too small to use small airplanes as a daily transportation measure.

As a matter of facts, very few people enjoy flying in Japan. It's very rare
to have a friend who can fly in this country.

I wish people who have experiences would come and visit this page to share
the pleasure and excitement of flying with us.
