[The last renewal of this page: April 8, 1999]

I had a chance to have a business trip to Singapore, Manila (Philippines), and Taipei(Taiwan) from March.14,1999 to March.20. This is a report of the pictures on board during the trip. (There are 46 pictures, and it will take time to load them up all.) Same as the last time, on the JAL Boeing 747-300, I had a chance to visit the cockpit.

Mar.16, for Manila, Philippines on Singapore Air, SQ076•Ö(Airbus A320) departing at 16:45 arriving at 20:10.

Take Off! A beautiful shape of the wing.

I recognized that as the sun comes down, and the atmosphere receives the sun's light from the side way, the atmosphere above the horizen gets spectrum in seven rainbows colors. Lights in blue side which wave length are short, have low inflection rate and they are being reflected to the upward, and only the lights in red side which wave length are longer are inflected toward downward to the ground. This is why the sun at the sun setting time looks red! I was much emotined with a teaching material of the great nature.

What a beautiful sunset!
